Don’t ever get in Stanley Cup reporter Samantha Rivera’s shot.
During her coverage of the Stanley Cup game between the Vegas Golden Knights and the Florida Panthers on Monday, a sports reporter from Miami named Samantha Rivera gained recognition for effectively managing an unruly fan who attempted to disrupt her live shot.
Despite the fan’s attempts, Rivera was able to confidently keep him away while maintaining composure on camera.
While the fan’s identity remains unknown, it was noticeable that he was wearing a Golden Knights jersey. Rivera has since addressed the incident on social media, emphasizing that she is there to do her job and expects respect from fans while working.
Listen, I don’t give a damn what team you’re rooting for – get the hell out of my face when I’m working and respect that I’m here to do my job.
Excited to get back home to some classy #Panthers fans for game 3!! pic.twitter.com/iWDQl0Rtvv
