Star center Cameron Brink and the Stanford Women’s Basketball team defeated Audi Crooks and Iowa State to advance to the Sweet Sixteen of the Women’s NCAA Basketball Tournament on Sunday night.
However, the Cardinal had to do it without Brink as she fouled out late in regulation.
As she left the court, Brink appeared to say “f*** you” to an official in what was her final home game for Stanford at Maples Pavilion.
Fortunately for Brink, that won’t be the last we see of her as the Cardinal will play the winner of North Carolina State and Tennessee in the Sweet Sixteen.
Brink had her hands full in this one against Iowa State’s Audi Crooks who led an epic comeback in their previous game as she finished with 40 points.
Brink held Crooks to 3/21 shooting and just 10 points and added on five blocked shots.
The star of the game for Stanford was junior guard Kiki Iriafen who scored 41 points on 30 field goal attempts and also had 16 rebounds.
