The son & grandson of a Boston Red Sox Hall of Famer have tragically passed away in a murder-suicide.
The bodies of George Scott III and his son 8-year-old Dante Hazard were found at their New Bedford, Massachusetts home.
Scott is the son of former Boston Red Sox Hall of Famer George “Boomer” Scott who passed away in 2013.
”Boomer” Scott won three of his eight Gold Gloves while playing first base for the Red Sox.
A search warrant for the home of Scott III had been issued in connection with the disappearance of Dante’s mother, Lisa Hazard. Lisa has been missing for more than four years.
