In the latest episode of “Undisputed,” FS1 personality Skip Bayless didn’t hold back in labeling a Pro Bowl quarterback as the most overpaid player in NFL history.
Bayless didn’t mince words when expressing his lack of admiration for Kirk Cousins, primarily citing the veteran quarterback’s lack of success in the playoffs.
Moreover, Bayless pointed to Cousins’ substantial earnings throughout his career, which have totaled over $231 million thus far.
“In my view, Kirk Cousins is significantly overrated at a position that remains understocked in the National Football League,” Bayless remarked. “There simply aren’t enough quality, playoff-caliber quarterbacks to go around. While Cousins has shown playoff potential, having reached the postseason on a few occasions, his playoff performances have fallen short, boasting a 1-3 record.”
“For me, he stands as the most overpaid individual player in the annals of the National Football League.”

Despite suffering a torn Achilles last autumn, Cousins remains a sought-after option in free agency this offseason, poised to potentially increase his career earnings.
While Bayless may not hold Cousins in high regard, it’s undeniable that Cousins has exhibited remarkable consistency over the past decade.
