Sean McVay already has a Super Bowl victory under his belt, and now he’s gearing up for another major life milestone.
The head coach of the Los Angeles Rams, Sean McVay, is looking forward to a unique year. He and his wife, Veronika Khomyn, are expecting a baby boy this fall, as announced by the luxury real estate agent in an Instagram post earlier in the year. The post featured photos of the couple posing with an ultrasound.
“Guess who’s becoming a dad this football season!” Khomyn wrote. “Baby boy McVay is coming this fall, and we’re so excited to meet him and love on him. I can’t believe he’s been growing in my belly for 5 months already.”

One of the photos showcased their dog wearing a bandana that read: “I thought I was the baby!” Khomyn, a former model, also shared a close-up photo with her hand on her stomach, captioned: “20 weeks.”
With the due date approaching, they’ve made preparations just in case she goes into labor. McVay will miss the Rams game this Sunday if Veronika happens to go into labor. Defensive Coordinator Raheem Morris would replace McVay as the head coach for the game.
McVay tied the knot with the Ukrainian-born beauty in a lavish Beverly Hills wedding in June 2022, just months after he led the Rams to a 23-20 victory over the Bengals in Super Bowl LVI.
Despite their relatively private nature, Khomyn occasionally offers glimpses of their life away from the field. During an “Ask Me Anything” session on Instagram in November, she was asked, “What is the hardest part about being married to someone who has to be so tied to their job?”
“Time together. For sure,” Khomyn replied, adding, “Time for friends and family.”
Congratulations in advance to the Rams’ head coach.
