Travis and Jason Kelce can always rely on Ryan Reynolds to bring humor to their lives! During the October 23 episode of their New Heights podcast, the NFL brothers, ages 35 and 36, couldn’t hold back their laughter as Reynolds, 48, sent them a voice message that cleverly promoted Mint Mobile, the phone company he co-owns and which also sponsors the Kelce brothers’ podcast.
“It looks like we actually have a message here from our guy Ryan Reynolds himself,” Travis said with a grin, setting the stage for a humorous moment. “This is hilarious.”
In classic Reynolds fashion, he opened with, “Hi, it’s Ryan Reynolds here for Mint Mobile. If you can hear my voice, it means you’re most likely a football fan or a 30-something-year-old woman.” The playful jab referenced not only the Kelce brothers’ wide fan base but also Travis’s girlfriend, Taylor Swift, whose fans have enthusiastically tuned in to the podcast since the couple began dating.
Reynolds continued with more tongue-in-cheek humor, noting, “This podcast has an insane crossover appeal that I’m not totally sure I understand, but I think it’s great.”
Then, in a humorous nod to his Canadian roots, he added, “Hold on, my producers are trying to get my attention… What? Oh, apparently this podcast is about American football, not the superior sport of Canadian football.” Ending his message with a final wink, he declared Mint Mobile a service “that football fans and 30-something-year-old women can all root for.”

Both Kelce brothers were clearly entertained, with Travis calling Reynolds “literally the greatest” and Jason echoing, “That’s awesome.”
Reynolds and his wife, Blake Lively, have developed a close friendship with Travis since he began dating Swift. In recent months, the couples have been spotted enjoying multiple outings together, including a double date in New York City on October 11.
The friendship continued when Reynolds and Lively, 37, were seen in New Orleans on October 25, attending the opening night of Swift’s latest Eras Tour run at the Caesar’s Superdome.
Fans captured videos of Reynolds and Lively dancing and embracing in the VIP section as Swift performed “I Can Do It with a Broken Heart.”
One clip even showed the pair in matching outfits, showcasing their coordinated style and playful vibe in the midst of Swift’s crowd-stirring performance.
Reynolds’s witty voice message on New Heights was just the latest in a series of lighthearted interactions, bringing together sports, entertainment, and pop culture in one memorable crossover.
