Russell Wilson is always up to something.
Russell Wilson, the quarterback of the Denver Broncos, appears to be on a mission to earn back the respect he lost during his disappointing 2022 season.
Wilson impressed fans by showing up to OTAs looking noticeably thinner and revealing that he had lost a significant amount of weight during the off-season.
He also posted a workout video on social media, featuring a Nipsey Hussle track with explicit lyrics, in which he showcased his jump rope, weight training, and sliding surface exercises. And of course everyone was more than happy to weigh in.

After a blockbuster trade that sent him from the Seattle Seahawks to the Denver Broncos, Wilson struggled in his first season, posting career-worst statistics in QBR, touchdown passes, and completion percentage.
He is now entering his second season with the Broncos and hopes that his weight loss, combined with the addition of head coach Sean Payton, who was coaxed out of retirement, will help him return to form.
The Broncos had a disappointing 5-12 record in 2022, finishing last in the AFC West.
