Russell Wilson and his pop star wife Ciara have sold their expansive Seattle property for a striking $31 million, though it was less than their original asking price.
Built in 2007, the 11,104-square-foot mansion, located just 10 miles from Lumen Field, sold this week for $21.25 million after initially being listed for $28 million.
The property was first put on the market two years ago when Wilson was traded to the Denver Broncos. Wilson and Ciara, who celebrated the sale on Wednesday by attending Game 4 of the Celtics-Cavs with one of their children, moved into the mansion in 2015.
In addition to selling their six-bedroom, six-bathroom home, Russ and Ciara also sold an adjacent plot of land for $9.75 million, bringing the total sale amount to $31 million.
The Bellevue, Washington estate features a private dock with 164 feet of waterfront access, a theater, a gym, a yoga and dance studio, and a two-story treehouse in the backyard. Carmen Gayton and Chandler Gayton from Windermere Real Estate were the selling and listing agents.
Wilson, who led the Seahawks to their only Super Bowl title in 2013, was traded to the Broncos in 2022. Afterward, he signed a five-year, $242.5 million contract extension, only to be cut less than two seasons later.
The 35-year-old quarterback signed with the Pittsburgh Steelers this offseason for significantly less than his usual high-value contracts—$1.21 million.
