The rich keep on getting richer.
Russell Wilson and his wife, Ciara, are set for a significant financial gain with the upcoming sale of their lakefront property in Washington, as reported by The Wall Street Journal.
The couple is expected to receive $31 million from the sale of their Bellevue mansion and an adjoining lot.
Located approximately 10 miles from Seattle, their 11,000-square-foot Bellevue home, which they put on the market for $36 million in spring 2022, has found a buyer. The mansion itself is selling for $21.25 million, while a neighboring lot they sold in 2022 contributed an additional $9.75 million to their total earnings from the property.
Wilson and Ciara are looking at a $15 million profit from the mansion alone, which Wilson purchased for $6.7 million in 2015, the year he was still playing for the Seattle Seahawks. They also acquired the adjacent lot in 2019 for $6.7 million.

Despite initial high hopes with a listing price of $36 million, the price of the home underwent several reductions, most recently to $24.9 million. The property’s sale is now in contract and set to close in May.
Additionally, Wilson and Ciara are in the process of selling their $25 million mansion in Denver following Wilson’s departure from the Broncos. The quarterback, who has since signed a one-year contract with the Pittsburgh Steelers worth $1.2 million, had moved to Denver for what turned out to be an unsuccessful two-season stint with the team.
The couple, who started dating in 2015 and married in 2016, are parents to three children: Sienna, 7; Win, 3; and Amora, born in December 2023. They are also selling their Cherry Hills Village property in Denver, which holds the record for the most expensive home ever sold in the Denver area at $25 million.
