Giancarlo Stanton has fallen below the Mendoza Line again and has become a target for the fans at Yankee Stadium.
In the Yankees’ 8-1 loss to the Red Sox last weekend, Stanton struck out three times, had a walk, and was thrown out at first base on a bunt by Isiah Kiner-Falefa in the second inning. The fans expressed their frustration by heavily booing Stanton when he struck out in the ninth inning against Red Sox reliever Mauricio Llovera.
Off the field Giancarlo is still searching for the one.
And apparently our source tells us he’s on to the next one already.
“Giancarlo’s at it again. He dumped Rola Ghorab, his rebound, and blocked her on social media. She tried hiding his likes, but even her likes on his photos disappeared. The breakup got ugly – she even unfollowed his friend assistant roommate Shane. Seems he loves summer breakups, like last year with Priscilla Quintana. He’s got a pattern: blocking them on social media, just like he did with Chase Carter. Now he’s back with ex Severin Keimig, but not exclusively. He’s juggling other women he follows on Instagram. He’s super active on socials, and he even uses disappearing messages to hide his moves.
As you can read in the tip above, Giancarlo really has a way to end things before he moves on to the next. Sounds like a busy guy when it comes to the women in his life.
In his last seven games, Stanton has only managed to get two hits out of 21 at-bats, resulting in 12 strikeouts and bringing his season batting average down to .199.
Despite hitting 11 home runs in 26 games from July 8 to August 9, Stanton has failed to hit a home run recently, extending his dry spell.
