New England Patriots owner Robert Kraft stirred up some playful banter when he suggested that Taylor Swift should have pursued Rob Gronkowski instead of Travis Kelce.
In a candid moment with fans, Kraft reminisced about Swift’s first stadium concert at the Patriots’ home venue, Gillette Stadium, back in 2010. Reflecting on her remarkable success over the years, Kraft humorously proposed that perhaps Swift’s dating life could have taken a different turn.
“When she came to view the Chiefs play the Patriots this year at Gillette, I gave her a framed ticket from that concert,” Kraft shared. “Think about it, she was like 18 [or] 19, and she’s done pretty well since then. Except maybe she should have been dating Gronk – he’s better looking.”
Despite some audience members expressing support for Kelce, Kraft maintained his lighthearted stance, smiling and shrugging off any objections.

The comparison between Gronkowski and Kelce in football prowess is a hot topic, with each boasting impressive career achievements. However, Kraft’s musings on a potential Swift-Gronkowski romance come a little too late, as Gronkowski has been in a long-term relationship with Camille Kostek since 2015.
