There can only be one Gronk.
Almost everyone who has participated in organized sports is familiar with the notorious Sports Dads, individuals who take their children’s athletic pursuits extremely seriously and live vicariously through their success.
One such Sports Dad is Jake San Miguel, the father of Madden San Miguel, a 10-year-old football player dubbed “Baby Gronk.”
Jake has played a significant role in garnering attention for his son online, but his methods of training and controlling interviews have faced criticism.
He has also been called out by several prominent figures in the sports world for incessantly messaging them to boost his own reputation.
The latest person to express their displeasure with Jake is Rob Gronkowski, the person who inspired Baby Gronk’s nickname.
During an interview with the Bussin’ With The Boys crew at Tight End University, Gronkowski candidly shared his negative feelings towards Baby Gronk and his father.
“I was like, ‘Yo, did you see Baby Gronk yet?’ He goes, ‘Did I see him? His dad f****** hit me up 500 times. Don’t do anything with him. The dad is so annoying…’
“It’s to the point where it’s awkward. It’s too far.”

Gronkowski revealed that Jake had been pestering his brother to connect him with the legendary tight end, resulting in Gronkowski finding the interactions annoying and crossing a boundary of discomfort.
He even joked about the possibility of taking legal action to prevent Jake from exploiting his name, indicating his serious dislike for Baby Gronk and suggesting he may follow through with the threat if necessary.
Gronk is truly one of a kind.
