Popular FOX Sports NFL broadcaster and former tight end, Greg Olsen, will soon be on the network’s #2 broadcasting team after a two-year tenure on the top team.
It has very little to do with his performance, but much more to do with the network bringing on Tom Brady to join Kevin Burkhardt in the booth on their #1 team.
Instead, Olsen will be with Joe Davis on the #2 team which has drawn the ire of many, including Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce who claims that FOX is “doing Greg Olsen dirty.”
“I love my guy Greg Olsen. They kind of did him dirty over there at Fox,” Kelce said. “But I mean, it’s Tom Brady, what can you do, right? Sometimes you just gotta do your thing. And Greg does a f**king tremendous job. He called our Super Bowl game and he was f**king fantastic doing that.”
“I try not to be biased against the commentators and the color guys, but I think Greg is phenomenal at it,” Jason added. “You can tell he makes it a point to really know what he’s talking about.”
What may be even dirtier is that Olsen will be losing out on $7 million by getting demoted to the #2 team.

It’s a tough break for Olsen who is widely regarded to have made a tremendous transition from NFL player to broadcaster in a short amount of time.
Expect there to be plenty of calls for Olsen to return to the #1 team by fans if Brady’s transition to broadcaster isn’t as smooth.
