The Baltimore Ravens fan who gained viral attention after a video surfaced of him assaulting two Washington Commanders fans has been fired from his job, according to a report from DailyMail.com. Jack Callis, an insurance salesman from the Beltway area, was dismissed from his position at the Baltimore-based firm Maury, Donnelly & Parr (MDP) after the video of the altercation circulated widely online.
The company quickly responded to the incident, citing their strict policies against violence and aggressive behavior.
“MDP has a zero-tolerance policy for violence and aggressive behavior,” a spokeswoman for the company told DailyMail.com in an email. “As a result of the conduct displayed in the video, the individual has been terminated.”
The video, which has been widely shared on social media, shows Callis pursuing two Commanders fans wearing replica jerseys following the Ravens’ 30-23 win over their local rivals on Sunday. When Callis catches up with the men, he strikes one fan, sending him to the ground with a single punch, before forcefully shoving the other fan against a nearby brick wall.
The footage ends with Callis, proudly wearing a Lamar Jackson jersey, flexing for the camera and boasting, “I don’t lose.” However, by Tuesday, Callis had indeed lost his job as a result of the incident.
Baltimore police are also involved in the situation. A spokesperson for the Baltimore Police Department told DailyMail.com that, while no arrests have been made, they are continuing to investigate the incident and are attempting to confirm Callis’ identity and locate the victims involved in the altercation.
“Detectives have identified a possible suspect in this incident but need to identify and interview the victims,” the police statement read.

Authorities believe the confrontation took place Sunday night along the 1000 block of South Charles Street, which is located about a 10-minute walk from Baltimore’s M&T Bank Stadium. Police are urging anyone with information about the attack to contact Southern District Detectives at 410-396-2499 or Metro Crime Stoppers at 1-866-7-LockUp.
As the video continues to make rounds on social media, additional details about Callis have emerged. According to online records, Callis reportedly played college lacrosse at Roanoke College in Virginia. His past involvement in athletics only adds to the conversation about how competitive rivalries can escalate into dangerous situations.
While Callis’ viral moment may have garnered attention for all the wrong reasons, it has also highlighted the consequences of such behavior, both professionally and legally. The fallout from the incident serves as a reminder of the seriousness of violent conduct, especially in the public eye.
For now, Callis faces the consequences of his actions, having lost both his job and potentially his reputation, with an ongoing police investigation likely to determine further repercussions.
