Rashee Rice is gearing up for a potential legal showdown following reports that he has enlisted legal representation in the aftermath of a multi-car collision involving his vehicle on Saturday.
The Kansas City Chiefs standout is currently being sought by authorities after disturbing dashcam footage emerged depicting a crash involving six cars in Dallas, with a group of individuals seen walking away from the scene.
As of now, Rice has not made contact with law enforcement, but NFL reporter Josina Anderson revealed on Sunday night that Rice has secured legal counsel, with an official statement on the incident anticipated to be released on Monday.

The footage captured a Lamborghini and a Corvette allegedly driven by Rice racing at high speeds before colliding with a grey car on the North Central Expressway, resulting in a chaotic chain reaction involving multiple vehicles.
Following the crash, five individuals from the Corvette and Lamborghini were observed departing the scene, raising suspicions regarding Rice’s involvement as the Corvette is believed to be registered or leased in his name.
According to reports, witnesses observed one of the individuals removing firearms and bags from the vehicles before vacating the area. The collision, which occurred around 6:20 pm local time, placed 27-year-old Kayla Quinn and her four-year-old son in peril, prompting her to express frustration over the lack of empathy exhibited by the speeding individuals involved.
Quinn recounted the harrowing experience, highlighting the absence of concern shown by the fleeing individuals toward the safety of those involved in the crash.
Rice, a key contributor to the Chiefs’ recent Super Bowl victories, has ties to the Dallas area, having grown up in North Richland Hills and attended college at SMU in Dallas. Efforts to obtain further details from the Dallas County Sheriff Department are currently underway.
