One of his standout comments was about his love for the city of Philadelphia—though he made it clear that any fan daring to attend his show wearing a Dotson Eagles jersey would be promptly kicked out. The joke highlighted the deep rivalry and his playful disdain for the Eagles, even while admitting a begrudging respect for the city.
Wale didn’t stop there. He threw in another comedic jab, noting that if it were Dak Prescott of the Dallas Cowboys connecting with Dotson instead of Jalen Hurts, his reaction would be far more extreme.
The mere thought of the Cowboys benefiting from such a trade clearly struck a nerve with him.
As a Commanders fan, Wale shares the common NFC East sentiment—Commanders, Eagles, and New York Giants fans may not see eye to eye on much, but they unite in their collective dislike for the Cowboys. So, the idea of Dotson thriving with the Eagles is bearable to Wale, but the thought of him playing for the Cowboys would have been unbearable.
