The Phoenix Suns did not have the season they had hoped for in 2023-24.
With Kevin Durant, Devin Booker, and Bradley Beal, the Suns dealt with a lot of turmoil which resulted in a disappointing season which ended in a four-game sweep in the playoffs to the Minnesota Timberwolves on Sunday night.
A lot has come out regarding the Suns’ tumultuous season following the loss including a reported laughable tirade that Vogel had in early April.

“Frank Vogel “yelled so much that his voice could be heard outside the locker room” after the loss to the Clippers on April 9th, per
@ShamsCharania “Suns players weren’t buying it. The outburst seemed forced and out of character in their eyes…Vogel’s eruption left players rolling their eyes…One player even told The Athletic he had to keep from laughing.””

Suns star Bradley Beal caught the eye of social media as well as he seemed to brush Vogel’s hand away during an attempt at a high-five.
Beal in particular had a miserable outing in the Suns’ elimination loss as he had only seven points and fouled out.
We will see if Vogel is the head coach of the Suns heading into next season, but there will certainly be some changes after the disappointing season.
