Philadelphia Eagles fans had a disappointing night on Thursday during the Browns-Eagles preseason game.
Unfortunately, some fans were engaged in doing the wave while wide receiver Tyrie Cleveland was being placed on a stretcher.
This behavior understandably upset many people, including Eagles cornerback Darius Slay, who took to Twitter to express his dissatisfaction.

Slay emphasized the need for Eagles fans to improve their behavior, as this was not an appropriate time to engage in such an activity.

Thankfully, Cleveland seems to be okay after suffering a hard landing on his neck/head while attempting a catch.
The team provided reassuring updates during the game, stating that he had movement in all his extremities after being taken off the field on a cart.
Looking ahead, Eagles fans should be more considerate of situations like this.
It is worth noting that Cleveland is in his first season with the team, having previously played for the Denver Broncos for the past three seasons.
