“I have a great wife. I think that helps out a ton,” Mahomes told the outlet. “She helps me out a ton by taking stuff off my plate.”
He acknowledged her immense help in taking care of various responsibilities, allowing him to focus on his career.
On the other hand, Brittany Mahomes praised her husband for his remarkable ability to balance his work and family life.
“He has a soft spot, but I think he’s done such an amazing job at balancing his work life and his at-home life, and I think he’s really switched around his priorities and figured it out,” she said.
She commended him for being an exceptional father and acknowledged his efforts in prioritizing both aspects of his life. The couple, who have been together since high school and throughout Mahomes’ time at Texas Tech, tied the knot in July 2022.
Brittany Mahomes is not only a supportive spouse but also an entrepreneur and fitness guru in her own right. Now entering the 2023 NFL season, Mahomes faces higher expectations as he aims to lead the Kansas City Chiefs to another Super Bowl victory.
Coming off a season where he led the league in passing yards and touchdown passes, Mahomes is determined to continue his success on the football field.
And it was Mahomes who led the Chiefs to a thrilling comeback victory against the Philadelphia Eagles to secure the Super Bowl LVII title.
