Patrick Mahomes is sharing some info.
The NFL’s biggest star has gained more recognition worldwide thanks to his involvement in a Netflix docuseries titled “Quarterback.”
The show features Mahomes, alongside fellow QBs Kirk Cousins of the Minnesota Vikings and Marcus Mariota of the Atlanta Falcons.
During the NFL Playoffs, all eyes were on the highly-anticipated division-round game between the Cincinnati Bengals and the Buffalo Bills.
Despite the Bills being favored by many due to their home advantage in harsh weather conditions, Mahomes privately expressed his belief that the Bengals were the superior team.
“I think the Bengals are better, but I think with all those injuries on the o-line that the Bills have a chance,” Mahomes said.
This is why @Netflix “Quarterback” is so cool to watch. Here is Mahomes at his house after the divisional win over the Jags talking about how he thinks they matchup better vs the #Bills but he wants to play the #bengals because he’s a competitor and is “tired of them talking”. pic.twitter.com/d6bpFoKWCd

These comments were revealed in the Netflix documentary, which followed Mahomes throughout the 2022 season.
He acknowledged the Bills’ chances due to their injuries on the offensive line but stated his preference to face the Bengals in the AFC title game.
Mahomes emphasized his desire to play against the Bengals, as he wanted to defeat them and put an end to their trash-talking.
The Bengals ultimately proved their prowess by defeating the Bills, but the Chiefs managed to conquer the Bengals in a fierce battle at Arrowhead Stadium. This victory allowed the Chiefs to overcome their previous year’s setback, where they had squandered a second-half lead.
The Bengals advanced to the Super Bowl but were ultimately defeated by the Rams.
With Mahomes’ comments coming to light, both the Bills and the Bengals will have even more motivation to take on the Chiefs and try to secure a victory against them.
