Patrick Beverley is having a busy night.
The veteran NBA guard for the Milwaukee Bucks will not be playing anymore playoff basketball this season as his Bucks fell to the Indiana Pacers on Thursday night in Indianapolis.
With that, the Bucks have been eliminated from the NBA playoffs.
Towards the end of the game, Beverley repeatedly threw a basketball at Pacers fans sitting behind the Bucks bench.
It only got worse for Beverley after this as he refused to allow a female reporter to interview him following the game because she “didn’t subscribe to his podcast.”
Fortunately, Beverley has now issued a defense for his actions on Thursday night with a post on X which just happens to be an incredibly weak one.
“Not Fair at all. Exchanged between a fan and our ball club all night. We warned and asked for help all night. Not fair.”
If you want more insight into this lame excuse, you will need to subscribe to Pat Bev’s podcast.
Simply put, Beverley is a liability on the basketball court at this stage of his career and he will have difficulty finding an NBA team that will put up with him.
