Losing is never fun, even for a three-time Super Bowl champion like Patrick Mahomes.
After spending several days traveling around Europe on vacation with their two young children, Patrick and his wife, Brittany Mahomes, visited Wimbledon to cheer on American player Francis Tiafoe.
As The Daily Mail noted, the couple “didn’t seem all too happy” when they arrived for the match. The headline claimed they appeared “miserable” as Tiafoe lost to reigning Wimbledon champion Carlos Alcaraz in a thrilling five-set match.
“At one point during the match, Patrick seemed to have whispered something to Brittany’s ear that didn’t make her so happy as the former soccer player, also 28, was seen pouting in her seat,” the report noted.

Patrick and Brittany Mahomes might have been tired from their long vacation.
The couple spent time in several countries, taking in sights and enjoying beach outings. There was definitely some work involved for the Chiefs quarterback, as Brittany documented on Instagram the various “dad jobs” Patrick handled during their visits to Portugal and Spain.
“From one dad job…,” Brittany Mahomes wrote next to an image of Patrick bending down to snap a picture of their daughter, Sterling. “To the next dad job,” she captioned another picture, showing Patrick waiting as their young son, Bronze, threw a tantrum. “Bronze throwing a fit on the ground.”
Despite the challenges of traveling with young children, the Mahomes family managed to create lasting memories. The couple’s trip included visits to historical landmarks, beach relaxation, and quality family time, showing that even superstars like Patrick Mahomes juggle the everyday realities of parenthood.
Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce was also spotted with Patrick and Brittany at an NBA playoff game earlier this year.
The trio was seen enjoying the match between the Dallas Mavericks and the Minnesota Timberwolves during the Western Conference finals.
While the vacation and Wimbledon outing might have had their stressful moments, the Mahomes family continues to show their strong bond and dedication to making the most of their time together.
As the NFL season approaches, Patrick Mahomes is gearing up for more on-field challenges, but for now, he’s embracing his role as a dad and husband, balancing family life with his superstar career.
