Approximately two months after professional golfer Pat Perez’s wife, Ashley, filed for divorce, she has publicly addressed the situation, not holding back in her statements.
Pat Perez gained recognition on the PGA Tour before transitioning to LIV Golf in 2022, amassing three wins on the PGA Tour before making the move. While Pat Perez may not have been making significant headlines in recent years, Ashley Perez, his soon-to-be-ex-wife, has managed to attract attention in the golf world for her outspoken statements.
Notably, she made baseless claims about Tiger Woods being under the influence during his car crash in 2021 and expressed a desire to see someone punch Rory McIlroy in the face.
At the beginning of the year, it was reported that Ashley filed for divorce in a Florida court, nearly a decade after the couple got married. While neither party initially responded to the news, Ashley has now broken her silence.
Ashley Perez took to Instagram to share her perspective, employing a straightforward and candid approach. In a Story, she expressed sympathy with a TikTok user who claimed to have “wasted almost half my life on a narcissist.” In another post, she shared a screenshot of news stories related to celebrity divorces, accompanied by the message “I’m leaving, sorry for your loss.”

As of the current status, the divorce has not been finalized, with a resolution management conference scheduled for an unspecified date a few weeks ago. Nevertheless, it appears that the divorce proceedings are heading toward a resolution.
