Don’t forget to protect your skin from the sun, kids, just like Pat McAfee has learned the hard way.
Pat McAfee, typically recognized for his signature tank tops, may have made an unfortunate choice of attire on Friday afternoon.
McAfee is currently in Tuscaloosa for the upcoming Alabama-LSU game this weekend, and he’s clearly feeling the effects of the Alabama sun, evident from a significant sunburn on his upper body.

“The sun seems to be as strong as ever,” McAfee remarked on Friday while applying sunscreen during his show.
Numerous fans on social media expressed their concern upon seeing McAfee’s vividly red complexion during Friday’s broadcast.
“The most amusing part of this is that it’s 61°F (according to my car’s thermometer), and Pat’s getting roasted as if it were July,” one fan noted.
“He’s hanging in there. He knows he’s in for it. There’s no way to outsmart the sun, but the show must go on,” another fan commented.
“Someone, please find some shade and water for Pat,” implored one fan.
“OMG, Pat looks like a lobster,” exclaimed another.
Despite the sunburn ordeal, it appears that he managed to weather the challenge.
While McAfee is in Tuscaloosa for the game on Saturday, the rest of his crew seems to be back in the studio. In light of the Alabama weather, it seems that McAfee might have been better off donning a shirt with sleeves for Friday’s broadcast.
It’s definitely time for Pat to prioritize his skin’s well-being.
