Well one Packers player isn’t going to be very happy today, but maybe he just doesn’t care that much.
Jaire Alexander, the star cornerback for the Green Bay Packers, left Titletown when the offseason program began and will be missing out on a $700,000 workout bonus due to his absence.
Despite this loss, Alexander is not worried about it, according to ESPN’s Rob Demovsky.
The world according to Jaire Alexander:
Stayed in Green Bay til April, left when offseason program began, came back for this week’s minicamp and said he’ll stay most of the summer.
Said he likes to be here when others aren’t and is fine missing out on his $700K workout bonus.

Alexander recently returned for minicamp and plans to stay for most of the summer, explaining that he prefers being in Green Bay when others are not. Not a huge fan of crowds apparently.
The Packers are in a rebuilding phase after trading away four-time league MVP Aaron Rodgers and hoping for a smooth transition to Jordan Love, their 2020 first-round pick.
Despite the disappointing 8-9 season, Alexander has emerged as a mainstay in their secondary, earning two Pro Bowl selections and two Second-Team All-Pro selections.
Clearly money isn’t everything for Alexander.
