SU gymnast Olivia Dunne appeared on the Full Send podcast and discussed her encounter with controversial social media influencer Andrew Tate.
Dunne had previously exposed Tate in August 2022 when he messaged her on Instagram.
During the podcast, Dunne revealed that she turned down Tate’s invitation and expressed her disinterest in him.

She acknowledged that Tate was the most famous celebrity to slide into her DMs. Although Dunne did not respond to Tate’s message and believes she didn’t even open it, she shared that he invited her to Europe with a rose emoji.
“Andrew Tate, that one I saw, and I said there’s absolutely no way right now,” Dunne said. “I was like what is he doing in my DMs right now…I knew what he was doing.
“Ummm, no, [I’m not a fan of Tate]. It was kind of in the moment when he was completely blowing up, and I got the come to Europe thing.”
Tate, who has recently been charged with rape and human trafficking, faced rejection from Dunne, which may damage his image as some of his followers admire him for his perceived success with women.
