O.J. Simpson is not saying goodbye anytime soon.
Local 10 News recently reported that O.J. Simpson has been diagnosed with prostate cancer.
Addressing rumors circulating on social media about him being in hospice care, Simpson clarified the situation on Friday afternoon.
“Hey everyone. Hospice? Hospice? You talking about Hospice? I’m not in any hospice. I don’t know who put that out there,” Simpson stated. “Whoever put that out there, I guess it’s like the Donald says, ‘Can’t trust the media.’ In any event, I’m hosting a ton of friends for the Super Bowl in Las Vegas. All is well. Take care. Have a good Super Bowl weekend.”
While Simpson did not explicitly deny reports of his cancer diagnosis, he indicated that the hospice rumors were unfounded.
According to Local 10 News, Simpson is currently undergoing chemotherapy in Las Vegas. Further updates on his health are expected to be released in due course.
