Drew Lock’s wife is happy as can be as her husband embarks on his next NFL journey.
Following the announcement on Tuesday that the 27-year-old quarterback will be joining the Giants on a one-year contract worth $5 million in free agency, his wife, Natalie, took to Instagram to express her pride and excitement.
“See you soon NY,” Natalie shared in an Instagram Story. “Damn proud of you baby!!”
Lock is set to serve as the backup to starting Giants quarterback Daniel Jones, filling the void left by Tyrod Taylor’s departure to the Jets.

Originally drafted in the second round out of Missouri in the 2019 NFL Draft, Lock kicked off his NFL career with the Broncos. In his rookie season, he showcased promise by throwing for 1,020 yards, seven touchdowns, and three interceptions in five games.
Despite an uneven sophomore season in 2020, where he recorded 16 touchdowns and 15 interceptions in 13 games, Lock found himself relegated to the backup role after the Broncos acquired Teddy Bridgewater in April 2021.
Lock briefly reclaimed the starting position in Week 15 of the same year due to Bridgewater’s injury, but his tenure with the Broncos came to an end in March 2022 when he was traded to the Seahawks as part of the blockbuster Russell Wilson deal.
Serving as Geno Smith’s backup for the past two seasons, Lock demonstrated his potential with a standout performance in December, leading the Seahawks to a comeback victory over the Eagles on “Monday Night Football.”
“NY Football Giants Let’s Gooo!” Lock exclaimed in an Instagram Story on Tuesday, signaling his enthusiasm for the new opportunity.
Adding to the excitement, Lock and Natalie welcomed their son, Layton Andrew Lock, in January, marking a joyous beginning to the year for the couple.
“The sweetest little boy is finally in our arms & we are so in love! Our hearts are forever full,” Natalie shared on Instagram at the time.
The Locks celebrated their marriage last April, and now, they’re eagerly anticipating the next chapter in Drew’s NFL journey with the Giants.
