Nikola Jokic knows how to party like a Champion.
Perhaps it was the elation of the Denver Nuggets winning their first NBA championship in history, or the excitement of parading through a crowd of 750,000 in the city on Thursday.
It could have been the Serbian vodka that inspired Nikola Jokic to let loose and unbutton his shirt at the Hakkasan Nightclub that same night. The Nuggets made quite the entrance, accompanied by sparklers, a dragon parade, team flags, and renowned DJ Pauly D, who donned a Jamal Murray jersey for the occasion.
The club presented Jokic, who hails from Serbia, with a bottle of Stara Sokolova vodka from his homeland, along with cake that was hustled through the team’s two VIP booths.
The club was packed shoulder-to-shoulder with fans going wild over the sight of the NBA titlists. The current-day Nuggets, including Murray, Aaron Gordon, Michael Porter, Kentavious Caldwell-Pope, and Jeff Green, dined at Hakkasan restaurant before heading to the club at midnight.

Despite the absence of the Larry O’Brien NBA Championship Trophy, the party was a huge success. Several Nuggets, including Green, went topless as the club’s temperature increased.
Tao Group Hospitality co-CEO Jason Strauss was pleased to have the Nuggets celebrate their victory at Hakkasan, indicating that the Nuggets could have celebrated their win anywhere in the world but chose to do so in Vegas.
The group operates Hakkasan and Omnia nightclubs, both of which have recently hosted major sports champions.
