Though Nick Saban may have stepped down as head coach of Alabama football, his legacy in Tuscaloosa remains strong. On Friday night, his wife, Terry Saban, was honored as an inductee into the prestigious Bryant Society, which recognizes individuals who have significantly contributed to Alabama Athletics.
The Bryant Society, named after legendary coach Bear Bryant, celebrates donors who have shown exceptional generosity and loyalty by contributing $1 million or more toward the success of Alabama’s sports programs.
Terry Saban received this honor for reaching the $1 million donation milestone, a testament to the couple’s longstanding commitment to philanthropy and their dedication to the Alabama community. In recognition of her contribution, Terry was presented with her own miniature statue of Bear Bryant, a symbol of the Sabans’ impact on Alabama Athletics through their foundations and charitable efforts.
Nick and Terry’s daughter, Kristen Saban Setas, attended the event in support of her mother and wowed guests with her glamorous style.
Kristen took to social media afterward, posting photos of herself in a shimmering gown from the stands at Bryant-Denny Stadium. Playfully referring to her outfit as a “homecoming” dress, Kristen’s look captured attention, especially with Alabama’s Homecoming Game against the Missouri Tigers scheduled for Saturday afternoon.

The Bryant Society’s mission reflects the importance of private support to maintain Alabama’s athletic excellence.
According to the organization’s website, “The Bryant Society is comprised of individuals, families, and organizations who understand that championship programs are built through vision and an unwavering desire for excellence.
They each play their part in our efforts to ‘prepare to win’ by contributing leadership gifts of at least $1 million.”
As Alabama prepares to face off against the Tigers, the Sabans’ influence on and off the field remains significant.
With their philanthropic efforts recognized, and Terry Saban’s contributions officially celebrated, the family’s commitment to Alabama Athletics continues to inspire future generations.
Meanwhile, Alabama will aim to get back on track on the field, with kickoff set for 3:30 p.m. ET on ABC.
