Philadelphia Eagles icon Jason Kelce, although retired, might make an appearance at the team’s rookie minicamp just to stay connected.
On the latest episode of “New Heights,” Kelce mentioned the possibility of visiting the minicamp, driven by his genuine interest in the event. “I might go down to rookie minicamp just to check it out,” Jason shared. “I love watching that stuff.”
His brother, Travis Kelce, also enjoys rookie minicamps, but for slightly different reasons. He appreciates observing new players’ reactions during challenging moments, saying, “I enjoy it because I like to see how people react to [expletive] up.”

The Eagles are set to host their rookie minicamp this weekend, providing a first glimpse of rookie defensive backs Quinyon Mitchell and Cooper DeJean. Fans will also get an early look at offensive talents like Will Shipley and Johnny Wilson.
While a visit from Jason Kelce would be a treat for fans, it won’t influence his decision to remain retired. The future Hall of Famer is preparing to join ESPN’s “Monday Night Countdown” crew for the 2024 season.
Meanwhile, Travis recently signed a two-year extension with the Kansas City Chiefs, continuing his career with the team.
