Rashee Rice, a wide receiver for the Kansas City Chiefs, has sought legal representation following his alleged involvement in a serious car accident in Dallas over the weekend.
The incident, which occurred on an expressway around 6:20 p.m. the previous night, involved two speeding vehicles—a Lamborghini and a Chevrolet Corvette—believed to be registered or leased to the 23-year-old athlete.
While the exact charges Rice may face remain unclear, authorities have identified him as the suspected driver of the Corvette, one of the vehicles involved in the collision that impacted six vehicles in total. According to a spokesperson for the Dallas police department, both the Lamborghini and Corvette were speeding in the far left lane when they lost control, resulting in the crash.
Attorney Kyle Coker, representing Rice, revealed that the Lamborghini involved in the accident—a black SUV—was leased from a Dallas-based luxury car rental company called The Classic Lifestyle. Rice had a leasing agreement with the company and was reportedly the sole authorized driver of the vehicle.

“Classic Lifestyle leased the vehicle, the 2021 Lamborghini Urus that was involved in this accident,” Coker said. “And we had an agreement with Mr. Rice in order to provide that lease. And under our contract, it was supposed to be the only one driving vehicle.” via NFCDFW.
Coker emphasized that Rice had maintained a positive relationship with The Classic Lifestyle, having previously rented multiple vehicles without incident. However, since the accident, the company has been unable to reach Rice, and they are seeking accountability to ensure their business interests are addressed.
Despite the attorney’s statement, Rice’s exact involvement in the crash remains uncertain, and police investigations are ongoing. Additionally, a dashcam video capturing the moment of the collision has been released to aid in the investigation.
