Michael Malone is on a good one.
The parade is underway in downtown Denver on Thursday to celebrate the triumph of Nikola Jokic and the Denver Nuggets, who have just clinched their first NBA championship title. Despite a forecast of rain, the festive atmosphere remains high and fans are expected to turn out in droves.
Denver Nuggets Head Coach Michael Malone is already being labeled as the most drunk at the entire parade.

The long-awaited victory finally arrived after 47 seasons in the NBA.
After a strong postseason run that culminated in a 16-4 record, which tied for the second-best mark achieved by an NBA champion since 2003, the Nuggets secured their championship by defeating the Miami Heat in Game 5 of the finals. Jokic also made history with a phenomenal individual display during the playoffs, leading in points, rebounds, and assists to become the first player to achieve this feat in a single postseason. He was additionally awarded the Finals MVP. Jokic will soon depart to spend time with his family in Serbia and pursue his passion for horse racing.
This marks the second consecutive year that the city is organizing a parade to honor its NBA champions, following the Colorado Avalanche’s triumph in the Stanley Cup last year.
