Michael Irvin is demanding public apologies, particularly for Russell Wilson, from Denver Broncos head coach Sean Payton following their heated sideline exchange. Irvin, a former Dallas Cowboys star turned Fox Sports 1 personality, expressed his displeasure with Payton’s behavior and urged the coach to issue a public apology to Wilson.
Despite Payton stating that his conversation with Wilson is private, Irvin emphasized the importance of addressing such matters in the social media era.

He questioned why Payton would create unnecessary controversy and noted that he had not witnessed similar incidents with previous quarterbacks like Drew Brees. The Broncos experienced a 42-17 defeat to the Lions on Saturday evening.
Sean Payton is unlikely to take any action he deems unnecessary, and given his past behavior, a public apology for Russell Wilson may not be forthcoming anytime soon.
