The anticipation is building for a potential blockbuster matchup.
The Dallas Cowboys and the Miami Dolphins are not set to face off until December, but the spirited banter between two of their star players, Micah Parsons and Tyreek Hill, seems poised to continue for quite some time.
After being playfully labeled a “baby lion” by Parsons on X, Hill (@cheetah) wasted no time in responding, throwing down the gauntlet and warning Parsons to “watch your back” when they meet on December 25.

Hill declared, “Micah Parsons, when we play you December 25th on Christmas Day, I have a present for you, my boy. I know you seen my little clip where I was blocking the D-End. I’m big like that, so you better watch your back.”
Parsons didn’t back down and swiftly countered Hill’s bravado by playfully threatening to create a “cheetah blanket.”
“Ima make my baby girl a cheetah blanket for Christmas,” Parsons humorously quipped.
Micah Parsons has been making a rapid and emphatic case for himself as not just the premier defensive player in the NFL but also as the most impactful player on both offense and defense. He is emerging as the front-runner for both the Defensive Player of the Year award and is building a compelling case for NFL MVP—a feat last achieved by a defensive player in the 1980s with Lawrence Taylor.
Nevertheless, Tyreek Hill is no slouch either. He has set his sights on shattering the NFL receiving record and becoming the first player to surpass 2,000 receiving yards in a single season. With 255 yards in the first two games, he is on pace to accomplish this milestone with games to spare, and he might even achieve it before the much-anticipated Christmas Day clash.
