The Miami Heat are planning to fly to Denver, and they have a flight to prove.
On Monday night, the Celtics and Heat will go face off in a crucial Game 7 of the Eastern Conference finals. The winner will take on the Denver Nuggets in the 2023 NBA Finals. The first game of the Finals will be held on Thursday night in Denver, and it seems the Heat are already planning to be there.
According to FAA records cited by Fox Sports 640’s Andy Slater, the team has already scheduled a flight to Denver on Monday night instead of returning to Miami. This suggests that the Heat are quite confident of their chances. However, if Miami loses against Boston, it would be the first time a team has won a playoff series after trailing 3-0 in NBA history.

The referees for Game 7 are Scott Foster, Tony Brothers, and John Goble. Foster has a win rate of 70.7% for home teams during the 2022-23 regular season.
Additionally, support for Boston comes in the form of former Red Sox stars Johnny Damon and David Ortiz, who played on the team in 2004. Of course, those Red Sox became the only MLB squad to come back from a 3-0 playoff deficit and win the series.
The Miami Heat are really going to feel the sting if they lose a fourth straight game to the Celtics, and they better hope those tickets to Denver are refundable.
