Mark Cuban is demonstrating his generosity following the sale of a majority stake in the Dallas Mavericks. As per ESPN reports, Cuban has sent an email to team employees, informing them of a collective $35 million in bonuses.
Expressing gratitude for their hard work in shaping the Mavs into an outstanding organization, the email stated, “As a thank you for all your hard work making the Mavs an amazing organization, each of you will be receiving a bonus from myself, and the Adelson and Dumont families. In total we will be paying out approximately $35 plus million dollars in bonuses to you all.”
The calculation of individual bonuses factored in the length of service with the Mavericks. Recipients can anticipate receiving their bonuses in the near future.

Cuban recently relinquished his majority stake in a deal reportedly worth $3.5 billion. The acquisition was led by a group headed by Dr. Miriam Adelson, the widow of the late casino mogul Sheldon Adelson, and received NBA approval last month. While retaining a 27 percent stake, the 65-year-old entrepreneur will continue overseeing basketball operations, with no definitive information on the duration of his continued involvement.
The decision to collaborate with Mark Cuban is recognized as a prudent business move.
