Many fans are still feeling the effects of the frigid playoff game between the Kansas City Chiefs and Miami Dolphins.
According to reports from Fox 4 News Kansas City, many fans who suffered frostbite from the game are being recommended for amputations.

At kickoff, the temperature in Kansas City was -4 degrees Fahrenheit with a wind chill of -27 degrees Fahrenheit.
According to Dr. Megan Garcia, the medical director at the Grossman Burn Center in Kansas City, about 70 percent of patients referred to her for treatment of the frostbite that received at the game may face amputation.
“The patients who had their frostbite injuries along with the Chiefs game, they are just getting to the point now we are starting to discuss their amputations that might be necessary,” Garcia said, according to Fox 4 Kansas City.
