One LSU Tigers fan took his shot, and missed pretty badly.
LSU Tigers clinched the College World Series championship by beating the Florida Gators 18-4 in Game 3 of the finals on Monday night to claim their first national title since 2009.
It was a momentous occasion for the players, fans, and alums, except for one embarrassed fan who was rejected by a woman, presumably a Gators fan, on live TV.

Despite conceding a record-setting 24-4 loss in Game 2, the Tigers bounced back to become champions after surviving three elimination scares.
Paul Skenes, the ace pitcher, was recognized as the Most Outstanding Player of the CWS as the team won their seventh championship, the second-most in history behind USC.
They finished the season as the No. 5 national seed in the NCAA Tournament after being ranked as the pre-season No.1 team in the polls.
It was a landmark victory for the baseball team, providing everyone with a chance to bask in its glory.
