Stock down for Bronny James?
Bronny hasn’t made too much of an impact in his freshman season with USC as he is averaging 5.5 points per game coming off the bench for the Trojans whose record is a disappointing 11-16 overall.

At one time considered a lottery pick, Bronny James has begun to fall down the 2024 NBA draft board and now it seems that there is a good chance that Bronny will return to USC for his sophomore season.
After it was revealed that ESPN is removing Bronny from their 2024 NBA mock draft and projecting him to be selected in 2025, Los Angeles Lakers star LeBron James took to X to defend his son in a now-deleted post.
Here’s what LeBron had to say:
“Can yall please just let the kid be a kid and enjoy college basketball. The work and results will ultimately do the talking no matter what he decides to do. If y’all don’t know he doesn’t care what a mock draft says, he just WORKS! Earned Not Given!”
“And to all the other kids out there striving to be great just keep your head down, blinders on and keep grinding. These Mock Drafts doesn’t matter one bit! I promise you! Only the WORK MATTERS!! Let’s talk REAL BASKETBALL PEOPLE! ???”
LeBron has made it clear that he hopes to one day play alongside his son in the NBA, but this news will only hurt the chances of that happening if in fact Bronny decides to return to USC.
