“It would be nice if all the fans could be there, but, whatever. Like I said, the Chargers and Rams have that ability,” Davis told ESPN.
Head coach Antonio Pierce commented that his primary concern would be if the rule impacted team bonding, but he reassured that the core objective of training camp remains unchanged. “Team bonding, getting together and getting to know one another, to get away from all the distractions — it’s all about ball,” Pierce told ESPN. “Just ball.”
