Knox Kiffin, the youngest son of Lane Kiffin, has yet to make a decision about his college football future, but he’s already garnered his first scholarship opportunity!
On Monday, Mississippi College extended an offer to the Class of 2028 prospect.
Interestingly, it’s not the University of Mississippi, where his father serves as head coach, but rather Mississippi College, a Division II program. This early offer sets the stage for what promises to be a highly anticipated and competitive recruitment process over the next four years.
Following in his father’s footsteps, Knox is a quarterback. During a recent visit to Mississippi, where he competed with the Mojo 7-on-7 team in Tupelo, he caught the attention of many with his impressive skills.

Former Mississippi State wide receiver turned Mojo coach, Cam Floyd, had glowing praise for Knox’s talents. Floyd remarked on Knox’s exceptional arm strength, describing him as “wise beyond his years” and noting his accuracy and precision, even at the eighth-grade level.
Despite his current height of 5-foot-10, Knox’s potential is undeniable, with expectations of a growth spurt in the near future. His recent standout performance at the Showdown Series in Las Vegas showcased his remarkable arm talent.
Interestingly, Lane Kiffin’s youngest daughter, Presely, recently committed to play volleyball at USC, adding a unique dynamic to the family’s collegiate ties. Lane has hinted at the possibility of Knox following in his footsteps, having taken a recruiting visit to Lane’s former program in November.
While Knox’s collegiate journey is still in its early stages, he’s already regarded as one of the top incoming freshman quarterbacks in the nation. With his talent and dedication, Knox Kiffin is poised for success, making a name for himself beyond his family legacy.
