Kristin Cavallari is back in the dating game and has dropped some intriguing hints about her new beau. Just three months after ending her relationship with TikTok star Mark Estes, the Hills alum revealed on the “Dumb Blonde” podcast that she’s now seeing someone new—though she’s keeping his identity under wraps for now.
“I’m kinda dating someone else now! I’m not going to say who it is—it’s really new,” Cavallari told host Bunny XO on the podcast. She then added a major clue about her mystery man: “He’s a retired athlete.”
The 37-year-old reality star, who was previously married to former NFL quarterback Jay Cutler, joked about her dating pattern. “They love me! I’m a f–king WAG through and through,” she quipped, referring to the acronym for “wives and girlfriends” of athletes.
Dropping Hints About Her New Relationship
Without naming names, Cavallari painted a picture of her new partner, calling him “a good guy” who “checks all the boxes.” She revealed that he’s in his 40s, has children from a previous relationship, and retired from professional sports a few years ago.
“F–k, this is what I’ve been needing, so we’ll see!” she said. “He’s coming to stay with me in a couple of days. He’s got so much depth, and I just love talking to him. We connect on so many different levels.”

Reflecting on Past Relationships
Cavallari’s revelation comes not long after her split from Estes, a 24-year-old social media personality. The couple dated for seven months but reportedly ended things because they were “on different pages” about their future goals.
“Mark wanted to settle down and start a family, but Kristin is very content with her life and family as it is,” an insider told Us Weekly in September. The couple’s 13-year age gap was also said to be a factor in their breakup.
Cavallari shares three children—Camden, 12, Jaxon, 10, and Saylor, 9—with her ex-husband Jay Cutler, whom she divorced in 2022. Cutler has since moved on and is engaged to Samantha Robertson, a 33-year-old socialite.
An Open Book About Her Love Life
Cavallari has never shied away from discussing her personal life. In addition to sharing details about her marriage to Cutler, she recently admitted to having flings with actor Jason Statham and country star Morgan Wallen.
During the same podcast appearance, Cavallari described her brief relationship with Wallen, calling him “a great f–k buddy” and laughing as she added, “He was good in bed! I just wanted a f–k buddy in Nashville.”
