Kobe Bryant’s eldest daughter, Natalia, who is now 20 years old, has officially entered the world of runway modeling, breaking stereotypes about conventional model sizes.
However, this milestone has unfortunately attracted trolls on social media who have been making disparaging remarks about the new model.
Natalia’s name started trending on Black Twitter, where many individuals posted unkind comments, reflecting the less-than-friendly nature of some Twitter users.

Natalia, the eldest daughter of the late and beloved Los Angeles Lakers star Kobe Bryant and his widow, Vanessa Bryant, made her runway debut on September 22nd. She participated in Versace’s spring 2024 show during Milan Fashion Week, marking her first catwalk appearance since signing with IMG Models in 2021.
For her debut, the 20-year-old donned an all-black ensemble designed by Versace, featuring a structured midi-length dress with striking shoulder details and silver metallic flats.

“I am beyond excited about making my runway debut. It’s such an incredible opportunity and I’m so grateful to Donatella [Versace] and am honored that she has invited me to be a part of something so special,” Bryant told Vogue.
The newcomer to the modeling world found herself at ease thanks to Versace herself, whom she had the chance to meet for the first time just a day before the show during her fitting.
“She was just so welcoming and sweet and made me feel so comfortable, especially with it being my first runway,” Bryant says. “Meeting her definitely helped settle any nerves.”
Natalia continued: “I wanted to start fresh and do my own thing without having to worry about comparing myself to anyone or setting myself to anyone’s standard. Thankfully I’ve only had positive experiences and I’ve been so happy to see how supportive and welcoming everyone has been.”
On Instagram, the “proud” mother posted a photo of herself from the event, overflowing with admiration for her daughter’s significant debut.
Kobe would no doubt be beaming over this.
