During a candid interview on “The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon” this week, Kim Kardashian shared some amusing details about her personal life, particularly how her children are getting involved in her romantic affairs.
The reality TV star revealed that her kids have taken it upon themselves to play matchmaker, creating “lists” of potential suitors they believe would be a good match for their famous mom.
“My kids try to set me up,” Kardashian told Fallon, laughing about their enthusiastic attempts to find her a new beau. Among her children, it’s her second son, Saint West, who has been especially eager to match his mother with a particular type of partner—athletes. Given Kardashian’s well-documented dating history, this suggestion is not without irony.
“Saint wants me to be with, like, any basketball player or soccer player,” Kardashian said, clearly amused by her son’s efforts. “And I’m like, ‘If you only knew.’ Some of my kids want me to be with streamers. They have lists, and they try to sneakily set me up.”
Kardashian’s past relationships with athletes are well-known to her fans. Back in 2007, she dated Reggie Bush, a standout running back from USC who was playing for the New Orleans Saints at the time. Their relationship was highly publicized, but by 2010, the couple had decided to go their separate ways.

The media frenzy surrounding their split was intense, with Kardashian addressing the public shortly after the breakup.
“I hope everyone understands this was not an easy decision,” Kardashian said at the time. “I had hoped this marriage was forever, but sometimes things don’t work out as planned. We remain friends and wish each other the best.”
While it might seem that Kardashian has stayed away from athletes since her brief marriage to Humphries, that’s not entirely true. In 2023, she was romantically linked to NFL star Odell Beckham Jr., further fueling speculation about her attraction to athletes.
