Kay Adams, popular host of the Up and Adams show, has made it clear that while she’s one of Daniel Jones’ biggest supporters. The 38-year-old TV personality addressed the rumors head-on during an appearance on The 25/10 Show on Thursday, putting to rest the ongoing fan speculation about her relationship with the New York Giants quarterback.
“I’m not dating Daniel Jones — breaking, breaking news,” Adams confirmed to hosts and former NFL stars LeSean McCoy and DeSean Jackson. “I’ve met him all of two times. I wish him the best, and I’m pretty sure he has a girlfriend.”
The 27-year-old Giants quarterback, who has been linked to long-time rumored girlfriend Ella Bonafede, has seen his fair share of speculation over the years. The rumors about a possible connection between Jones and Adams picked up steam after the two were spotted together during Giants training camp this past summer. In a widely shared clip, Adams appeared flustered while speaking with Jones, which sent social media into overdrive with fans theorizing about a potential romance.
However, Adams made it clear during her appearance on The 25/10 Show that their interaction was nothing more than professional. McCoy, who spent part of his career competing against the Giants during his time with the Eagles, couldn’t resist teasing Adams about the situation, particularly in light of the Giants’ rough start to the season. “We can say this today on the 25/10 Show, she cleared the air, they are not dating. Right? Plus, you know you like the winning quarterbacks,” McCoy joked, taking a playful shot at Jones and the Giants’ winless record.

Earlier this month, Adams addressed the rumors on her own show, laughing off the speculation. While discussing the Giants’ game plan with offensive lineman Jermaine Eluemunor, she joked, “You gotta protect your boy—my boy—the world and internet thinks [he’s] my boy,” referring to Jones in a lighthearted manner.
The buzz around the possible relationship began when Adams appeared flustered during her interview with Jones at training camp, with her nervous demeanor sparking widespread speculation online. Despite the lighthearted teasing from fans, Adams has consistently shown her support for Jones as a quarterback, especially as he navigates the challenges of his second year under a massive four-year, $160 million contract.
Jones’ performance has been a hot topic throughout the early weeks of the 2024 NFL season. After a rough start in the season opener against the Minnesota Vikings, where he was sacked five times and threw zero touchdowns with two interceptions in a 28-6 loss, Jones managed to show some improvement in Week 2. Despite throwing two touchdowns in the Giants’ matchup against the Commanders, a late-game kicker mishap doomed New York, resulting in a heartbreaking 21-18 loss.
Jones, who was drafted as the sixth overall pick in 2019, has faced significant pressure in New York, especially following his lucrative contract extension. As the Giants prepare to face the Cleveland Browns this Sunday, all eyes will be on whether Jones can lead his team to their first win of the season and shake off some of the criticism that has followed his recent performances.
For now, Adams remains a vocal supporter of Jones, but as she’s repeatedly stated, their relationship is purely professional.
As she continues to host her show and Jones fights to lead his team to victory, it’s clear that the rumors about their personal lives are nothing more than playful fan chatter.
