New York Jets cornerback Sauce Gardner made an appearance on Up & Adams with Kay Adams during Jets training camp.
The show posted a photo of Gardner and Adams together, which garnered some exaggerated reactions from fans.
Gardner took to Twitter to share a humorous response, stating, “Yall gotta relax lol” alongside the posted photo.

The cornerback’s lighthearted remark suggested that people were overreacting to the picture. In his interview with Adams, Gardner discussed the upcoming season for the Jets.
With the addition of Aaron Rodgers through a trade from the Green Bay Packers, the team aims to become contenders in the AFC. Despite having a talented roster on both offense and defense, the team has struggled to make it to the playoffs due to inconsistent quarterback play from Zach Wilson and Mike White.
Gardner and Quinnen Williams anchor the strong Jets defense, while second-year wide receiver Garrett Wilson is expected to be Rodgers’ top target on offense.
The Jets have high expectations but have not reached the playoffs since 2010. Their journey throughout training camp, the televised series Hard Knocks, and the regular season will be intriguing to follow.
