FanDuel TV host Kay Adams encountered an unexpected change of plans this week, just days before Super Bowl LVIII.
Originally slated to kick off her pre-Super Bowl shows from their set on radio row in Las Vegas, Adams found herself broadcasting live from a hotel room in New York instead.
In a tweet describing the situation as an “emergency pitstop,” Adams made the abrupt shift in location. The reason for the change remains unclear, but Adams appeared relaxed and comfortable in her plain baggy black sweatsuit paired with white crew socks.
During the live show, Adams encountered a minor interruption when she heard a knock at her hotel room door. She paused to collect a delivery, bringing a large shopping bag into the room before seamlessly returning to her desk, sliding on her socks.
Despite the change in scenery, Adams continued to host her show virtually, welcoming guests from Las Vegas, including NFL veterans Andrew Whitworth and Taylor Lewan, Las Vegas Raiders president Sandra Douglass Morgan, and Tennessee Titans quarterback Will Levis.
