The Kansas City Chiefs may have had a very good reason to draft speedy wide receiver Xavier Worthy in the first round of the 2024 NFL draft in April.
The Chiefs have reportedly revealed their expectations on the suspension for Rashee Rice stemming from the multi-vehicle crash he was involved in on a Dallas expressway.
This from MLFootball on X, via NFL insider James Palmer.
“BREAKING: The #Chiefs are expecting their star WR Rashee Rice will be suspended for at least half of the season by the #NFL, per James Palmer. It appears the league will be extremely harsh on Rice.”
Rice was engaged in a race with a fellow driver, driving 119 MPH, when he crashed his rented Lamborghini which triggered a multi-vehicle accident.
