In a recent conversation with former Fox News host Tucker Carlson, former star golfer John Daly expressed that the majority of golfers on the PGA Tour, as well as all professional tours, wish for Donald Trump to be president again.
When asked if most golfers share his sentiment, Daly affirmed, “Yeah, I think all of us on the tours, we all want Daddy Trump back.”

Carlson inquired why Daly believes Trump should return to office.
“Because he was a great president,” Daly responded. “He’s a great guy once you get to know him. I’ve known him since the early 1990s. It’s funny, I can’t remember the tournament we played, he flew his helicopter in for a pro-am. We went out back and talked for a bit, and when he stood up, he said, ‘mark my words, I’ll be President of the United States one day.'”
Daly added a lighthearted note about Trump’s golf game, mentioning that the one area needing improvement is his chipping.
